Web hosting provider offers its clients an opportunity to store their web sites at companys servers. Clients can use our service only in compliance with our web hosting terms and policy. We reserve the right to change and to add the points of conditions of servers usage. In case of changes in working rules our customers will be informed by email within three days.
As the practice testifies the most Internet-users are waiting from other ones performance of common Net standards as their activity may cause some serious difficulties in Network performance both technical and caused by human factor.
- Limitations of informational noise (spam).
Net developing brought to the excess of information and has become one of the major users problems. So the Net Community contrived some special rules directed to users protection from useless information or spam. The following activity is prohibited:
1.1.Mass messages delivery by email or other means of personal information interchange (including services of immediate message delivery such as SMS, IRC and others) just by evidently expressed recipients initiative.
1.2.Information posting of advertising type to the advertisment columns (advertisment spam)
1.3.Execution of hardware spam delivery activity such as:
- purposeful scanning of informational resources contents with the object of email addresses and other message delivery services collection;
- software spreading for spam delivery;
- creation, verification, keeping or spreading of email addresses and other message delivery service databases but the case when owners of all the addresses including into such a database have obviously expressed their agreement concerning addresses inclusion into this concrete database; open publication of email address cant be concerned for a such compliance.
- Infected computer address databases creation, verification, support or spreading which may be used for DDOS attacks organization or for spam spreading.
1.4.Usage of offered personal information (such as email addresses, WWW pages and so on) as contact information for execution of any above actions not depending from what Nets point such actions were performed.
- Banned unauthorized access and Net attacks.
The following actions are banned: execution of unauthorized access attempts to Net resources, realization of Net attacks and Net breaking and also participation in such actions, with the exception of cases in which Net resources attack is carried out by evident owner or administrator of this resource. The following actions are banned too:
2.1.Actions directed to obtaining of unauthorized access to Net resource (computer, other equipment or informational resource), subsequent usage of such an access, destruction or modification of software or data which are not users ownership, without an agreement of this software or data owners or this resources administrators. Any access in a way that differs from the resource presumed by the owner is considered as an unauthorized one.
2.2.Purposeful actions by scanning Network nodes with the object of disclosure of Nets inner structure, lists of open ports and so on.
- Prohibited information.
Any materials containing elements of rape, violation of people and animals, disgrace of humans dignity are absolutely forbidden at our hosting. Children pornography and any data concerning it are also banned. In case of such informations disclosure the material with such content will be immediately deleted.
3.1.The ISP Service may not be used to engage in or foster any consumer fraud such as illegal gambling, "Make Money Fast" schemes, chain letters, Pyramid, or other investment schemes, or to make or encourage people to accept fraudulent offers by e-mail, USENET or other means, of products, items or services, originating from your account, or through a third party which implicates your account or to post or transmit off-topic or commercial messages on bulletin boards.
- Other.
Other actions both legal and illegal that are considered by us as unacceptable for their clients or defaming companys reputation are also forbidden at our web hosting services. Accordingly if any web site hosting client use our service regardless of our rules, we reserve the right to delete or interrupt this customers work. Usually we contact our customers and inform them about any breaches. Acting in accordance with USA jurisdiction we completely obey Empire State laws and all the cases of disputes between our service and our clients will be settled in accordance with the laws that are currently in force in Empire State. Service providing by our company may be used only for legal purposes. Transference, spreading and storage of illegal material and material protected by copyrights and trademarks are absolutely prohibited.
